About The Monday Club
The Monday Club is a social group based in Leicester for adults agedĀ 18 - 65 who have Asperger Syndrome. The Club is based at the Central YMCA in East Street, Leicester. We meet on Monday Evenings from 7.00pm. - 9.00pm.
We aim to create a supportive environment for our members to meet, either in a mainstream setting or in the community, with trained staff and volunteers available to offer support where necessary.
We provide a variety of enjoyable activities for our members and offer the opportunity to meet others with Asperger Syndrome and to develop friendships and mutual support through structured activity evenings.
The club is funded by the City and County social service and works with them to identify and provide services to adults with Asperger Syndrome.
