The Carers Centre

The Carers Centre are putting on a number of events aimed at carers of people with physical or learning disabilities.  (All links are to PDF documents.)

Leicestershire Learning Disability Partnership Board is a group aimed at carers of adults with learning disabilities, which normally meets 10:00am–12:30pm on the first Monday of each month, at Leicestershire County Hall, Glenfield.  Poster»

NHS Personal Health Budgets

Personal Health Budgets aim to give you more control and choice over how your health and wellbeing needs are met.  They make it clear how much money is available to you for your care and support.  They are available to anybody to is eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare or Children's Continuing Care funding.
